Let’s Dream Big

Do I dare put these things out into the universe? Do I share the crazy thoughts that run in my head? I had a trainer who once told me to go on a run and dream bigger than I ever have before. Come up with the ideas that made you go, “there is no way I could ever do that”. And though it was to be fitness and health related, my brain couldn’t step away from my business.

Dreaming big. Bigger than I have ever dreamed. Wow… that is such a scary feeling. But if I were to put my fears to the side, simply pause in time to think and dream of what the future holds, I will admit, it makes me excited.

Do I have plans in place to make these dreams a reality? Nope! Do I know how to gather the funds and supplies necessary to bring these dreams to fruition? Nope! Have I done any research on the proper steps needed to start on any kind of path? NOPE! But those details are not the point. At least, not right now.

So, let’s dream big.

Monthly Treat Donations: A little insider secret, this is something I am currently working on. I enjoying finding ways to give back in whatever way I can. This business wasn’t started for money, but a way to help bring me peace and joy. I know how hard it is for some families, non-profits, and schools to gather the means to purchase fresh and beautifully designed treats. After talking to my husband, we both agreed this was something we wanted to do within the business. This dream does have a plan, and it is in the works to be launched in January 2023.

A Cupcake Truck: Simple Treats on Wheels has a nice ring. I can see the beautiful light blue truck parked at an event, with freshly piped cupcakes ready to be enjoyed by the locals.

Wedding Vendor: From cupcake favors to cake pop bars, how beautiful would it be to create simple yet beautiful treats for weddings. Being a “go-to” wedding vendor in my local area would be such an honor.

Published: To have people from all over learn about my small business from a printed source and not through reels, posts, or stories would be breathtaking.

Amazon Storefront: Silly dream, right? I follow a few people on social media and I find all kinds of goodies that have truly made my working space more organized and peaceful to be in. And it is all thanks to their Amazon Storefront. To be that for someone else would be awesome.

Classes: As a former educator, learning has a special place in my heart. I have always loved being able to help, teach, and guide people too and through their goals. What better way than to take what I have learned and teach it to someone else.

There you have it. A small look inside my head. Some of these are true dreams and I honestly have no clue how they will be achieved or if they ever will be. But others, I may have to start some planning.
